Queen Garnet Plum Sour
What you’ll need (Serves 2):
- 40 ml Queen Garnet nectar
- 45 ml gin (optional)
- 20 ml fresh lemon
- 10 ml honey syrup (honey mixed with warm water)
- Soda water
- Ice
- Lemon wheel to garnish
How to make it:
- Add gin, Queen Garnet plum nectar, lemon juice and honey syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice and top with a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve.
