Queen Garnet Plum Sour
What you’ll need (Serves 2):
- 20 ml Queen Garnet nectar
- 30mls Gin
- 20 ml Lemon juice
- 20mls Vegan egg white (or couple drops of wonder foam)
- 10mls Sugar syrup
- Soda water
- Ice
- Lemon wheel to garnish
How to make it:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry-shake (no ice).
Add some ice to shaker and shake again.
Strain into a tumbler. Add soda water (if desired), ice & garnish with lemon wheel 🙌🏻 🍋
