Terms and Conditions
Thank you for visiting our website. This website is operated by Nutrafruit Pty Ltd (ABN: 25 138 385 154). By accessing and/or using this website and related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy (Terms). You should review our Privacy Policy and these Terms carefully and immediately cease using our website if you do not agree to these Terms.
In these Terms, ‘us’, ‘we’ and ‘our’ means Nutrafruit Pty Ltd and our related bodies corporate.
These Terms may be updated from time to time without notice to you so please do check the terms and policy regularly.
If you are shopping through our online store, our Terms of Purchase will also apply to you.
1. Marketing
By signing up to the Queen Garnet newsletter, you agree to receive updates and marketing materials from us.
2. Promotions and competitions
For certain campaigns, promotions or contests, additional terms and conditions may apply. If you want to participate in such a campaign, promotion or contest, you need to agree to the relevant terms and conditions applicable to that campaign, promotion or contest. In case of any inconsistency between such terms and conditions and these Terms, those terms and conditions will prevail.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. Discount codes are automatically applied at checkout for Subscriptions and Bundles. Any additional promotional codes cannot be added to Subscriptions and Bundles.
3. Delivery
Domestic Shipping Information
Nutrafruit is open Monday-Friday. Orders placed after 8am AEST on a Friday will only be posted on the next business day. We endeavour to dispatch within 1-3 business days of receiving an order. All domestic orders are sent by Australia Post.
International Shipping Information

Free Shipping
"Free shipping" applies to orders for shipping within Australia, for orders of $60 AUD and over, excluding wholesale orders. The free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout, unless users select another delivery method.
4. Returns
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you take delivery of a package and in the unlikely event the contents have been damaged in transit, or are defective or incorrect, please contact us by e-mail (info@nutrafruit.com.au) as soon as possible to inform us of your wish to return your goods. You must include your original order number, with your name and address.
It is your responsibility to meet the costs of returning the goods to us, and to take care that they are not damaged while in your care or in transit.
We strongly recommend that an insured or registered postal service is used for returns as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once the item has been received, inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund for the purchase amount in the same manner the original order was paid. We will also refund the postage cost of returning the item to us. However, if the problem with the product was a major failure, you can choose whether to receive a refund or a replacement, or ask for compensation for any drop in value of the product.
Change of Mind: Please note that, given the nature of our products, we do not provide refunds or exchanges where you have changed your mind about a purchase unless the product is unused, sealed and in a re-saleable condition. 5. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed monthly, with charges automatically being processed on the day of original subscription. For example, a customer with a monthly subscription set to cycle on the 2nd of the month will always be billed on the 2nd.
If a month doesn’t have the anchor day, the subscription will be billed on the last day of the month. For example, a subscription starting on January 31 bills on February 28 (or February 29 in a leap year), then March 31, April 30, and so on.

6. Mobile Terms of Service
The Queen Garnet mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Queen Garnet (“Queen Garnet”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Queen Garnet’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Queen Garnet through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Queen Garnet. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to QueenGarnet or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Queen Garnet mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
