Plum Fool

Elegant yet effortless, this irresistible Plum Fool ​combines layers of the ​Queen Garnet ​plum nectar and freeze-dried plum powder ​for ​a no-fuss ​dessert or afternoon t​ea.

What you’ll need (Serves 4):

  • 600ml double thick cream
  • 1 bottle Queen Garnet nectar
  • 2 Queen Garnet plums, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp Queen Garnet plum powder
  • 8 shortbread biscuits, crumbled

How to make it:

  • In a glass jar, layer cream, nectar, crumbled shortbread and plums slices.
  • Sprinkle plum powder over the top and serve.
