Antioxidant Bliss Balls
What you’ll need (Serves 6-8):
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup tahini (or nut butter of your choice)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 10-12 Medjool dates
- 1-2 tbsp water, if needed
- 30g Queen Garnet plum powder
How to make it:
- Combine all ingredients except the plum powder in a food processor and process until mixture comes together, adding water as needed to create a soft and slightly sticky mixture.
- Roll mixture into small balls then roll in the plum powder to coat.
- Allow to set in the fridge for an hour.
- Store in an airtight container. Keeps for up to 3 days
