Queen Garnet 100% Powder is made from whole Queen Garnet plums, gently freeze-dried and minimally processed to preserve the fruit’s natural compounds, colour and flavour.
This concentrated whole-fruit powder is best enjoyed when stirred through yoghurt, porridge, baking, sauces or desserts, where it adds depth of colour and a rich, naturally tart plum flavour. Due to its minimal processing, the texture is denser than refined drink powders and is not designed for instant mixing.

Silica – we use a small amount of food-safe silica as an anticaking agent, which helps the powder flow smoothly and dissolve evenly without affecting flavour or nutritional quality.

Very happy with the product but letting you know one bottle was not sealed properly. Plum juice had leaked through the package which was consequently sealed in a plastic bag by Australia Post to prevent further damage to other parcels.
